Refund Policy

Biodance wants you to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our refund policy gives you 60 days to change your mind. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from biodancemall.com.

Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 60 days of the delivery date. All products are eligible for refund, including opened and used items. We do not require you to return empty containers, but we do ask that you make a reasonable attempt to try the product before requesting a refund. Bulk orders of five or more identical items may require additional verification before a refund is approved.

How to Request a Refund
To begin the refund process, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. You do not need to return the product unless we specifically ask you to. For high value orders over two hundred USD, we may request a photo showing the remaining product as proof of purchase. Refund requests submitted without an order number will be delayed.

Refund Processing Time
Once we approve your refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Prepaid cards may take longer. If you have not seen the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

Partial Refunds and Denials
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. Repeatedly returning most or all of your orders may result in denial of future refunds. Partial refunds may be issued for orders older than 60 days or for products that were clearly misused. Our team will explain any denial or partial refund decision in writing.
